Jeremy Reed has over 25 years of experience in commercial real estate where he specialized in the representation of both tenants and landlords in the leasing, disposition, and acquisition of commercial properties. He has been involved in many different types of office projects, ranging from tenant representation transactions to landlord representation, and group up build-to-suit projects. Some of these projects include the leasing and sale of Woodward Center, Guarantee Financial Center, and North Pointe office properties; the liquidation of Valliwide Bank/Westamerica Bank branches; the consolidation of Pacific Gas & Electric, Fresno; and the release of Cigna campus in Visalia, California. Jeremy began his professional real estate career in 1994 at CB Richard Ellis, where he established working relationships with developers, appraisers, and lenders, as well as governmental agencies and organizations such as the Economic Development Corporation serving Fresno County and the Fresno Chamber of Commerce. Since June of 2017 Jeremy has been building a portfolio of office properties. Currently Jeremy owns and operates nearly 600,000 SF of office properties. In January of 2018, Jeremy with his Partners founded ARC Properties, Inc. a full service brokerage, property management, and asset management real estate company. ARC was founded with the purpose of providing first in class representation and management for our Partners. ARC’s mission is to provide services to our tenant not typically seen in the Fresno market. With in-house construction, planning, interior design, and property management, it is our intention to provide a seamless transition from perspective tenant through move-in and continued occupancy.
